The medicagent all-round carefree package

With the all-round carefree package, patients of the dentist hospital can contact a local dentist of their choice (upon coordination with medicagent) in case of unexpected complications after returning home.

The all-round carefree package is valid for five years after completion of the treatment in Istanbul.

While upper limits are specified for patients in the scope of the all-round carefree package at their place of residence where repayment claims are concerned, the Istanbul clinic offers full warranty for five years.

Patients who use the all-round carefree package then can have their credit set off either for subsequent treatment at their place of residence or for a ticket and hotel expenses in Istanbul.

The all-round carefree package warrants the following claims:

• Up to a treatment sum of € 500,
  € 25 credit is included in the RS-package
• For treatments at a value of € 501-1250, 
  
€ 70 credit is included in the RS-package
• For treatments at a value of € 1251-2500,  

  € 125 credit is included in the RS-package
• For treatments at a value of € 2501-5000,  

  € 225 credit is included in the RS-package
• For treatments at a value of € 5001-7500, 
  
€ 375 credit is included in the RS-package
• For treatments at a value of more than  € 7501, 
  
€ 500 credit is included in the RS-package

Our patients automatically profit from the all-round carefree package after they recognise the warranty conditions by signature. The warranty note is issued to the patient in the clinic.

If you want to use the package, proceed as follows:

1. Contact medicagent in Hamburg on the phone and inform us of your request/complaint.
2. If our specialists in Istanbul require an image or x-ray, the patient must forward it and any other documents required to medicagent.
3. If our physicians confirm that the complication has been caused by the treatment, the patient may use his credit for a ticket to Turkey and/or accommodation and have treatment performed in Istanbul or use it for treatment at home.
4. If you submit the diagnosis report and invoice to medicagent after dentist treatment at your place of residence, the effective costs up to the upper limit named will be reimbursed.
5. The all-round carefree package names the total amount you may claim within 5 years of the end of the treatment. If you require several subsequent treatments, the respective costs are deducted from the total and the remainder is credited until the end of the warranty period. You therefore may claim as many subsequent treatments as necessary within five years until the upper limit is reached.
6. The all-round carefree package can only be granted for treatments started after 1 February 2011. The performance can only be claimed by persons who have not made use of any other benefits or campaign.
